CCSA is governed by a Board of Directors composed of senior academic leaders from member institutions. Board members include provosts, deans, and faculty representatives with expertise in international education, academic governance, and institutional oversight. The Board provides strategic direction, ensures fiscal responsibility, and upholds academic standards across all CCSA programs. Board members serve without compensation and represent a range of public and private colleges and universities committed to equitable access to global learning.
