Deadlines for Summer 2027 proposals:

Round 1: March 1, 2026

Round 2: April 1, 2026

Round 3: April 20, 2026

Early submission is encouraged, as not all topics/disciplines/locations will be available in later rounds.

Support is available at every stage of the  proposal process. For questions about academic structure or expectations, contact CCSA Academic Director Dr. Jeffrey Williams at williamsj@nku.edu. CCSA also works with a network of faculty advisors representing a wide range of disciplines and locations who can assist with course development. To connect with an advisor, reach out to Dr. Williams.

 

Before completing your worksheet, we recommend that you:

• Meet with your CCSA Campus Representative to learn about your institution’s requirements for teaching with CCSA and gather feedback.

• Review the CCSA Course Proposal Guide, which includes the rubric used by the Curriculum Committee.

• Confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the guide.
