Lead the experience. Support the community. Make an impact.

Want to play a bigger role in your students’ experience abroad? As a CCSA On-site Program Director, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging experience for students and faculty while experiencing another culture alongside them.

What You'll Do

As an On-site Program Director, you’ll help build community, support participants, and keep the program running smoothly. You’ll work alongside CCSA staff and faculty throughout the experience and serve as an important connection between CCSA and your home institution.

Why Get Involved?

Serving as an On-site Program Director is a chance to make a meaningful difference for students while developing your own leadership skills and professional network. CCSA covers major program-related expenses, including airfare, accommodations, on-site transportation, travel insurance, and other approved expenses.

Who Can Apply?

On-site Program Directors must be faculty or staff at a current CCSA member institution. Applicants must have the support of their home department or office and approval from their CCSA campus representative. Education abroad professionals are especially encouraged to apply.
